"Wine is one of the most civilized things in the world and one of the most natural things of the world that has been brought to the greatest perfection, and it offers a greater range for enjoyment and appreciation than, possibly, any other purely sensory thing."
Ernest Hemingway

A Few of Our Featured Wines

Sena 1998

Red Table Wine

In the Spanish language, the word Seņa is rich with nuance and meaning. It implies a distinguishing mark or personal signature. Born in 1995, Seņa is the first icon wine from ChileThis exquisite red wine is made of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot & 5% Carmanere.  Is a very elegant wine showing red fruits like cassis, strawberries, blackberries and dry black cherries. All these fruit flavors are mixed with tobacco, dark sugar and spice. On the palate the ripe tannins give a velvety structure and softness because of the barrel aging. The round mouth melts with flavors of cassis and caramel that linger a long time and ends with a soft sweet finish.

Whitehall Lane

Sauvignon Blanc

This Sauvignon Blanc is made up of 90% Sauvignon Blanc & 10% Semillon. In 2006 the Sauvignon Blanc grapes were harvested in mid-September, this temperate weather provided for slow, steady and ideal grape development throughout the summer.  The Semillon also enjoyed a slow but even growing season and was harvested during the second week of October.  The 2006 Sauvignon Blanc is a vibrant offering with aromas of grapefruit, melon and hints of peach. It is light to medium bodied and delivers rich and refreshing citrus flavors and excellent balance.

Domaine Ehrhart

2004 Riesling

The Domaine Ehrhart was founded in 1725 in the small village of Wettosheim, France. The Ehrhart family committed themselves to organic farming two generations ago and the wines are currently all certified organic. The Riesling Vieilles Vignes is made from 25 year-old vineyards located at the top of the slope above the commune of Eguisheim. This elegant wine has notes of lime blossom and zest, with beautiful acidity to balance the ripe citrus fruits.

Joseph Drouhin

2006 Vero Pinot Noir

Pretty red color, with bright ruby tones. Very pleasant bouquet reminiscent of cherry and ripe raspberry, with a peppery note in the background. Good balance with pleasant roundness and freshness; supple and refined tannic structure.  On the palate, flavors of wild blackberries and raspberries dominate, with some undertones of licorice. After a little more aeration, there is a round and harmonious sensation as the wine then evolves towards all kinds of delicious red berry flavors.
